People often ask me, “What are the best self defense moves I can learn to defend myself?” Truthfully, this question has no straightforward answer. What I usually tell them is that the technique that works in their situation is the best one. No two situations are alike. This means that there is no guaranteed-to-work-in-every-situation technique. You have to be able to adapt and change depending on the situation. With that, here are a few of the most useful techniques. If your interested in some great self defense moves click the following link : http://www.ultimatedefensesystem.com

One of the best ones available, and almost everyone knows it, is a simple kick to the groin. There’s a reason it’s in nearly all self-defense classes. Kicking a guy in the groin will definitely knock him to the ground. This will give you plenty of time to run and escape because he will be on the ground for couple of minutes.

Another commonly seen technique is the eye jab. Eye jabs are good for three reasons, 1) most people don’t expect it, 2) it all happens very fast, and 3) the hard tip of your fingers hits a very soft and delicate target. An eye jab won’t actually cause the other person to go blind. It just blurs their vision and causes the eyes to water, and distracts them for a couple seconds. Fortunately, you don’t need any more than that. It only takes a few seconds to hit them in eye, and once you do this just follow up with maybe giving them a quick elbow or knee to the head, and then make your escape.

A face slap is also a good technique to use. Most people typically just throw punches, when in fact a slap to the face can be just as effective, if not more so. This slap is very unlike the typical slap girls use in that you are going to be pretending to drive a nail through a board with your hands. That’s what you want to think about when you’re throwing that slap. You will have plenty of time to follow up with another move because a slap like this to someone’s ear can really hurt them. It’s going to be very disorienting, and it won’t allow them to recover quickly because they’ll be very dizzy.

Altough some of the most useful self defense moves available, these will not work perfectly in every situation. You will need to adapt to any situation that comes your way, so you need to have a variety of techniques in your arsenal.
